This policy explains what Double O collects when you use this website, why, and what your rights are. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll answer plainly.
What we collect
Two things. If you send us a message — through the contact form, the chatbot, or email — we receive what you wrote and any contact details you included. Separately, we collect anonymous usage analytics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world from, and what kind of device. That analytics data is not tied to your identity.
The chatbot
Conversations with the chatbot on this site are processed to generate a reply and are stored so the conversation has context. Please don't send sensitive personal information through it — for anything of that nature, email us directly.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, to arrange a call if you ask for one, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship, then deleted. Chatbot conversations are retained for a limited period for quality and debugging. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we'll action it — there's no form to fill in.
